Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams. You will design and optimize the processes, automation, and tooling that govern how leads, contacts, and accounts enter the revenue funnel, ensuring downstream teams can execute with confidence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with Pardot and HubSpot.
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
• Experience with lead lifecycle management and lead routing tools; data enrichment tools; lead scoring preferred.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top-of-funnel processes with a focus on automation and data quality.
• Own and define lead routing logic and lifecycle dependencies; partner with Business Systems for implementation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across multiple teams.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel performance analysis for actionable insights.
• Own workflow automations that improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling for data integrity at funnel entry.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to train revenue teams on processes and tooling changes.
