Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to connect CRM data, GTM systems, and business processes from Atlanta with remote work options. You will support sales, marketing, CS and finance to optimize the revenue funnel and forecasting accuracy.

You’ll own data quality, build dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and translate business requirements into system improvements. Strong SQL skills and go-to-market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, data analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM, including reporting and workflow configuration.
• Strong SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills; able to query and reconcile data from multiple systems.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting in BI platforms (Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Sigma).
• Knowledge of go-to-market processes and revenue attribution; proven documentation and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality across CRM and revenue systems (accounts, contacts, opportunities, lifecycle, attribution).
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track pipeline, bookings, retention, and forecast performance.
• Analyze funnel and operational data with SQL to identify leakage, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies.
• Translate business requirements into system improvements, automation, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to define KPIs and standards.
• Audit and reconcile data across Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and billing platforms.
• Deliver recommendations and implementation plans with measurable impact and timelines.
