Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical function.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including reporting and data management.
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills; able to query and interpret data from multiple systems.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics.
• Knowledge of revenue processes including lead routing, pipeline stages, forecasting, and lifecycle operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business/related field; bonus: Snowflake, dbt, HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, or SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain revenue dashboards and recurring reports for pipeline, conversions, bookings, retention, and forecast accuracy.
• Audit and improve data quality across Salesforce and connected systems with governance and deduplication.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into CRM workflows, reporting specs, and process documentation.
• Analyze funnel and cohort data using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to identify leakage and growth opportunities.
• Partner with sales, marketing, CS, finance, and BS teams to standardize metrics and handoffs.
• Support forecasting and planning by preparing pipeline analysis, territory and quota reporting, and variance analysis.
• Manage revenue operations projects, coordinating testing, rollout, enablement, and post-launch measurement.
