Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher verified before start.
• Seven years of experience in Revenue Growth Management or related fields.
• Experience with large datasets and advanced analytics.

• Developing and executing analyses that drive Revenue Growth Management strategies across pricing, promotions, price-pack architecture, product mix, and trade terms.
• Identifying revenue and profit growth opportunities through analytics and market insights.
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to influence commercial planning and support pricing cycles.
• Conducting competitive pricing and promotional analyses, evaluating trade investment ROI, and building scenario models for decisions.
• Scaling RGM best practices to international markets after establishing U.S. excellence.
• Influencing evolution of the RGM operating model and utilizing new tools and data-driven decision making.
