Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years in Revenue Growth Management or analytics.
- Strong understanding of margins, market share, price elasticity and ROI.
- Experience with large datasets and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead pricing, promotions, and assortment analytics with cross-functional teams.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Design pricing models and monitor promotional activities.
- Define KPIs and build dashboards to track performance.
- Develop tools to measure pricing and promo effectiveness.
