3M is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy to help define the global enterprise strategy and grow the corporate portfolio. The role supports critical initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders and driving value creation through growth.

Based in Maplewood, MN with some remote work, you will lead strategic projects, track industry trends, and develop quantitative analyses to inform decisions, partnering with executives to execute the strategic plan.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Five years of strategy experience in diverse environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on high-impact projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic initiatives sponsored by senior leaders.
• Manage corporate portfolio development and M&A projects.
• Support strategic planning and create business cases and decks.
• Track industry trends and develop forecasts.
• Provide rigorous quantitative analyses to inform recommendations.
• Ensure strategic and financial soundness of recommendations.
