Job summary

You will work closely with the Area Leader to influence decisions, drive continuous improvements, and ensure sustainable processes while upholding ethical and legal standards. Onsite expectations apply at Maplewood, MN, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Seven (7) years in finance or finance related experience.
• Three (3) years of hands-on Excel experience with data sets.
• MBA or Finance Graduate
• Strong financial acumen - translate complex business problems into financial terms
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Snowflake)

Responsibilities

• Deliver operating plans and economic profit strategies. Includes engagement in the operating plan, MRE, QOR and QFR processes.
• Be the right hand of the Area Leader with understanding of business models to influence decisions.
• Provide ongoing business performance assessment and drive necessary redirection.
• Instill continuous focus on sustainable business processes while linking value chain components.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
