You will identify high-potential opportunities using trends, post-event data, and syndicated data, collaborating with field and customer teams to deliver annual plans.

You will lead a team of RGM Solutions Leads, develop processes, and contribute to multi-year RGM vision, applying pricing, trade investments, and CP3 forecasting to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of work experience.
• Experience in CPG or revenue growth management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes customer revenue growth plans to optimize revenue and profit.
• Leads CP3 forecasting and monthly business reviews with cross-functional partners.
• Drives pricing, trade investments, and action plans based on data and analytics.
• Mentors and develops RGM solutions leads to build a high-performance team.
