Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages seeks a strategic leader to drive revenue growth through RGM principles across Hyper Mass, Drug/Value, and CR channels. This role can be based at any Liberty location and partners with GM, commercial and finance teams.

You will own annual plans, forecast inputs, pricing strategies, and analytics to close gaps, while developing regional price waterfalls and leading cross-functional trainings for account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in consumer goods/beverages (CPG).
• Experience in Retail and Food Service channels.
• Strong analytics to derive actions from data.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and performance management of annual business plan.
• Monitor performance and develop contingencies for gaps.
• Own forecast inputs for 3–12 months by channel.
• Collaborate with retail, field sales, and channel teams.
• Support leadership with pricing levers and GTM funds.
• Develop pricing strategy for trade letters and promotions.
• Oversee economic analyses and IRF requests.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide key account analytics and weekly routines.
