Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years in CPG, retail, analytics, finance, or consulting
Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with multiple data sources
Ability to translate insights to revenue, volume, profit and trade performance
Excellent collaboration and presentation skills across functions
Familiarity with rate/mix drivers, promotion elasticity, and trade effectiveness preferred

Responsibilities

Develop actionable insights for in-year and multi-year planning
Analyze consumer, shopper, retail, and financial data to identify drivers and opportunities
Model pricing and promotions to improve business outcomes
Partner with Customer, Bottler, and RGM teams to integrate insights
Translate analytics into compelling narratives for decision making
Collaborate across RGM Retail Strategy networks to build analytical frameworks
