Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree beneficial.
• 3+ years in CPG, retail, analytics, finance, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to tie insights to revenue, volume and profit.
• Excellent collaboration and presentation skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to simplify complex analytics into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable insights to guide retail strategy decisions for in-year and multi-year planning.
• Analyze consumer, shopper, retail, and financial data to identify drivers, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Model pricing and promotions to optimize business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer, Bottler, and RGM teams to integrate insights into plans.
• Translate findings into narratives guiding RGM decision-making across functions.
• Build analytical frameworks and toolkits to enhance long-term strategy execution.
• Engage with data platforms and retail strategy tools to enable adoption.
