Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance - Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to lead segmentation and enablement routines, driving top-line growth and margin expansion across markets. You will conduct in-depth analyses tying RGM drivers to business performance, partner with bottlers on product-line innovation, and design performance scorecards with local business units.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field and strong analytical and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
Experience in RGM and Sales; background in commercial planning or finance advantageous.
Strong analytical and influencing capabilities.
Ability to translate strategy into execution with cross-functional alignment.
Understanding of growth drivers across markets.
