You will partner with product, legal, and operations to align pricing, onboarding, and customer experiences while guiding budgeting, analytics, and talent development to achieve aggressive financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong data analytics, budget management, and technology capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage market team's budget, strategic plans, and finances.
• Oversee processes to achieve revenue targets through new client sales and onboarding.
• Build cross-functional relationships to support revenue initiatives.
