TriNet is seeking an experienced Director, Revenue Recruiting to lead talent acquisition for all revenue-generating functions. Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, this leader will own the strategy, execution, and results for sales recruiting while leading a team of recruiters focused on attracting top-performing sales talent.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching recruiters, influencing executives, and personally leading critical searches when needed.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience with significant sales recruiting expertise.
• 5+ years leading recruiting teams in high-growth, performance-driven organizations.
• Proven success building, scaling, or turning around recruiting functions.
• Deep experience hiring quota-carrying sales talent and sales leaders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience using data, analytics, and market insights to drive hiring decisions.

• Lead all recruiting efforts for Sales and other revenue-generating organizations.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business growth objectives.
• Partner with executives and sales leaders to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers.
• Establish clear recruiting metrics, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Improve hiring outcomes, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience.
