Job summary

TriNet, a leading HR solutions provider, is seeking a Director of Revenue for its Dublin, CA operations. This role drives strategic planning, execution, and oversight of a high-performance revenue team to grow revenue and profitability.

You will partner with product, customer experience, legal, and operations to align pricing, onboarding, and client success initiatives while guiding a skilled sales organization toward ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Advanced data analytics, budgeting, and tech familiarity.
• Proven track record leading high-performance revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages the market team's operating budget and strategic plans to meet revenue goals.
• Oversees processes to achieve revenue targets through new client sales and onboarding.
• Aligns product management, customer experience, legal, and operations with revenue initiatives.
• Reviews pricing to ensure policy adherence and sales objectives.
• Fosters strong relationships with prospects and customers to reinforce brand reputation.
• Coaches sales teams and ensures training to meet business objectives.
• Tracks acquisition and retention metrics and optimizes team profitability.
• Ensures appropriate levels of CRM engagement with prospects.
