• Ability to inspire, develop, and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manages the market team’s operating budget, strategic plans, and finances.
• Oversees business processes to achieve revenue targets via new client sales and onboarding.
• Establishes relationships across product management, customer experience, legal, and operations.
• Manages and reviews pricing to ensure adherence to policy and standards.
• Ensures teams build meaningful relationships and create excellent prospect and customer experiences.
• Partners with leaders to advise and develop team performance and skills gaps.
• Provides support and coaching to the sales team on calls and demos.
• Tracks acquisition and retention metrics and balances investments.
• Manages team expenses and profitability.
