Job summary

Botrista is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to understand drivers of revenue growth, retention, and profitability. You will connect data across Sales, Account Management, deployments, and Finance to deliver actionable insights to leaders.

Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will translate complex analysis into clear recommendations, build forecasting models, and shape commercial strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations or related analytics role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools.
• Ability to build forecasting or scenario models.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and linking activity to outcomes.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail with big-picture perspective.
• Adaptable in fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance against plan and identify underlying drivers.
• Evaluate new customer revenue, recurring ingredient revenue, retention and expansion.
• Develop cohort and segmentation analyses across verticals, sales channels and territories.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities before topline results.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and business actions.
• Analyze pipeline health, coverage, conversion, and sales velocity.
• Support forecasting and revenue forecasting and analyze forecast accuracy.
• Build and maintain core revenue reporting for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Collaborate across Revenue Ops, Commercial Planning and Finance.
• Help develop data-driven account prioritization and risk scoring.
