Qualifikationen

• 3+ years successful PEO or related sales leadership experience.
• 3+ years management and/or mentorship experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Associate Sales Consultants.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s and team meetings.
• Track daily and weekly responsibilities of ASCs.
• Provide performance reviews and feedback.
• Develop internal relationships to assist ASCs.
