Job summary

Vultr is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Onboarding Programs to build and maintain GTM onboarding programs that accelerate new hire productivity. This is a high-visibility role requiring field experience, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years building or running onboarding programs from scratch, can translate complex concepts into engaging learning, and will partner with Product, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership

Qualifications

At least 5 years building or running onboarding programs from scratch.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven decision making for onboarding outcomes.
Proven ability to translate complex concepts into effective learning programs.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize onboarding programs for new sales hires.
Define ramp architecture, milestones, and readiness criteria.
Own ramp metrics: time to quota, cohort win-rate, and retention.
Collaborate with Product, Revenue Ops, and Sales leadership to reflect real field conditions.
Incorporate AI-enabled tools to speed ramp and enhance learning retention.
Facilitate engaging trainings and maintain high learner engagement.
Communicate ramp status to managers and cross-functional partners.
Generate cohort reports on completion and readiness milestones.
