Job summary

Vultr seeks a Senior Manager, Onboarding Programs to build and maintain GTM onboarding programs that accelerate new hire productivity. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in onboarding, stakeholder management, and data analytics, with experience applying AI-enabled workflows to learning and performance.

This high-visibility role demands ownership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering measurable ramp outcomes in a fast-growing cloud infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying or customer-facing revenue role.
• 5+ years total experience in enablement, onboarding, or revenue program ownership.
• Experience using data to connect onboarding programs to ramp speed, quota attainment, or retention.
• Skilled in Salesforce and Gong (or comparable tools) for rep performance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable owning onboarding communications independently.
• Proven ability to own a program end-to-end with demonstrable results.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize onboarding programs for new sales hires.
• Define ramp architecture, role-track design, milestones, and readiness criteria.
• Own ramp metrics beyond completion: ramp-to-quota, cohort win-rate, etc.
• Partner with Product, Rev Ops, and Sales leadership to reflect field conditions.
• Bring AI-enabled tools to coaching, content creation, and reinforcement.
• Facilitate engaging sessions and support learning retention.
