Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Revenue or Sales Operations.
• Proven ability to drive conversions, revenue growth, and productivity improvements.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience building AI tools or automations used by teams.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and funnel analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategy and track performance against targets.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the sales funnel and pricing.
• Create AI-powered tools to assist the sales team.
• Collaborate with CEO, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Develop reporting on conversion, deal value, and channel performance.
