Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Sales Data Operations Specialist to manage revenue-related data across onboarding, deal setup, monthly usage reporting, and revenue recognition.

The role collaborates with clients, platform partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate data exchange, compliance, and operational excellence, while driving improvements in reporting, data quality, and pipeline efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience explaining concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and partners to troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Understand pricing models and data structures for accurate revenue reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate inquiries into solutions.
• Analyze revenue usage and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities.
• Establish and maintain API/data connections with platform partners.
• Create client-ready reporting and internal summaries of performance and risks.
• Support monthly revenue operations and meet defined SLAs.
• Develop scalable revenue data pipelines and automation.
