Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Sales Data Operations Specialist to optimize revenue performance across onboarding, deal setup, and monthly usage reporting. • Proven track record in a client/partner-facing, SLA-driven environment.
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets and data quality practices.
• Ability to build dashboards and communicate insights via BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and partners to troubleshoot discrepancies and align on usage data and revenue outputs.
• Understand pricing models, terms, and data structures for accurate revenue reporting.
• Serve as operational contact for data validation, issue resolution, and reporting timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations to translate inquiries into analyses.
• Analyze revenue usage data to identify discrepancies, leakage, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with partners to establish API/data connections for timely, accurate transfers.
• Clean/validate/integrate multi-source datasets to improve data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support monthly revenue operations to ensure on-time client/partner reporting within SLAs.
• Create client-facing reports and internal summaries communicating performance and risks.
