This role is highly collaborative and client and partner-facing, requiring close coordination with external platform partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data exchange, transparency, and operational excellence. You will help drive improvements in revenue reporting compliance, processing, pipeline integrity, and optimization solutions while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with client/partner organizations.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Interface directly with clients and partner organizations to troubleshoot discrepancies, clarify reporting logic, and ensure alignment on usage data and revenue outputs
  • Develop a deep understanding of client/partner-specific pricing models, contractual terms, and data structures to ensure accurate revenue processing and reporting
  • Serve as a key operational point of contact for external clients and partners, supporting ongoing data validation, issue resolution, and alignment on reporting expectations and timelines
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations) and external client/partner teams to translate business, client, and partner inquiries into actionable analysis and solutions
  • Analyze revenue usage pipeline performance across platform partners to identify data discrepancies, revenue leakage, compliance risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate with platform partners to establish and maintain API/data connections, improving timeliness, accuracy, and scalability of data transfers
  • Clean, validate, and integrate multi-source datasets (internal and client/partner-provided) to improve data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness
  • Support monthly revenue operations processes, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery of client/partner revenue reporting within defined SLAs
  • Build and deliver clear, client/partner-ready reporting outputs and internal summaries that communicate performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Work with team leaders to create compelling narratives and presentations that explain analytical findings, including client/partner-related impacts, risks, and recommendations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client/partner onboarding, reporting workflows, and communication processes to reduce friction and enhance client/partner experience
  • Contribute to the design and automation of scalable revenue data pipelines and workflows to support growth in client/partner complexity and volume
  • Effectively operate in a fast-paced, client/partner-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and external dependencies
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients and partners, including explaining technical concepts in business terms

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum one year of related experience (Accounting, Computer Science, or related quantitative field preferred)
  • Experience working with large, multi-source datasets and applying strong data quality practices
  • Ability to build dashboards and communicate insights through business intelligence tools
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience working within the digital advertising ecosystem (DMPs, DSPs, Advanced TV, Programmatic platforms)
  • Familiarity with client onboarding, data integration, and revenue-sharing models
  • Experience collaborating with external partners or clients in an operational, analytical, or account support capacity
  • Ability to identify process improvements that enhance both internal efficiency and external client/partner experience
