Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years related healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
• 0-1 year experience as a trainer in revenue cycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and education on policies, procedures and systems.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, materials and job aids.
• Deliver programs in classroom, online and written formats.
• Coordinate with leaders to assess readiness for independent work.
• Design and manage competency checks for Access team members.
• Support implementation of patient management systems across hospital operations.
