Medical Billing Center (MBC) is seeking an Onboarding Supervisor — Revenue Cycle Management to lead the successful transition of new clients from kickoff through implementation, training, go-live, and post-launch support. You will coordinate system configuration, workflow development, and timelines, working closely with Onboarding, Billing, AR, Credentialing, IT, Training, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing operations, healthcare implementation, client onboarding, practice management, or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders is essential.
• Ability to solve problems and coordinate multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Experience with healthcare software (EMR/EHR, billing systems) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-client implementation from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Serve as primary client-facing leader during the implementation period.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Onboarding, Billing, AR, Credentialing, IT, Training, and Leadership.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and implementation readiness.
• Monitor post-launch revenue cycle activity and address issues.
