Job summary

Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a Revenue Cycle Optimization Educator to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training for Patient Access staff. You will lead onboarding, refresher programs, and payer-specific updates, ensuring education aligns with quality metrics.

Partnering with Denials Specialists, QA Representatives, and operational leaders, you will analyze audits to identify gaps and customize learning solutions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Formal training in healthcare revenue cycle or front-end operations is advantageous.
• Experience in training, quality review, or instructional design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for Patient Access staff.
• Collaborate with Denials Specialists, QA Representatives, and leaders to identify gaps.
• Create onboarding, refresher, and payer-specific education based on audits and metrics.
• Support system testing, workflow validation, and payer rule configuration to align with goals and regulations.
