Baptist Health Care Corporation is seeking a Revenue Cycle Training Specialist to lead onboarding for the division and educate new team members on policies, procedures, and systems. The role partners with unit leaders to assess readiness and offers one-on-one mentoring when needed.
The specialist develops the overall training program including curricula and job aids, delivering programs in classroom, online, and written formats.
The Revenue Cycle Training Specialist is responsible for leading the onboarding process for the division, providing education on all relevant policies, procedures, and systems. This role partners closely with each new team member's leader to assess readiness for independent work. When needed, the specialist also offers one-on-one mentoring to support accurate understanding of processes, procedures, and system workflows. The training specialist develops and maintains the full training program, including class curricula, training materials, and job aids. This role works directly with the Patient Access Leaders to deliver these learning programs in the classroom environment, as well as other necessary environments including online and written formats. The position requires travel to all BHC locations and a strong working knowledge of all revenue cycle systems across both professional and institutional settings. Additionally, the specialist designs and manages competency skill checks for Access team members.
