Job summary

Baptist Health Care is seeking a Revenue Cycle Training Specialist to lead onboarding, educate teams on policies and systems, and develop the full training program across in-person, online, and written formats.

The role partners with leaders to assess readiness for independent work, mentors staff as needed, and designs competency checks. Travel to all Baptist Health Care locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience in lieu of a degree required.
• 2 years of relevant healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
• 0-1 year experience as a trainer of revenue cycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and executes annual competency checks for CPFS/CPAS teams.
• Completes EHR upgrade testing with IT staff as needed.
• Collaborates with division leaders to design operational workflows and training curricula.
• Uses STARS and QA feedback to drive action plans and improvements.
• Communicates regulation changes and aligns training with compliance goals.
• Manages patient management system implementation with hospital leadership coordination.
• Conducts projects using email, WebEx, and webinars and applies project management principles.
