This role partners with management to set department goals and develops training to improve processes and KPI outcomes, ensuring new hires are properly onboarded. You will design learning modules for Scheduling, Insurance Verification, Preregistration, Preauthorization, Registration, and Revenue Integrity, while keeping documentation up to date and aligning schedules with patient flow

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading revenue cycle training and education programs.
• Ability to develop and maintain training materials and records.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and payer requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develops and maintains training programs for Scheduling, Insurance Verification, Preregistration, Preauthorization, Registration, Patient Accounts, and Revenue Integrity.
• Maintains training materials and tools for Outlook, calendar, email, time-keeping, drives, Internet, and intranet.
• Identifies educational needs and ensures staff complete training and competency evaluations.
• Collaborates with clinical areas to ensure compliance with revenue cycle policies and processes.
• Manages time-off approvals, attendance, and staffing to ensure operational continuity.
