Samaritan Health Services is hiring a Revenue Cycle Educator to design and deliver comprehensive education for Patient Access and related areas. You will oversee onboarding, competencies, and ongoing training across locations, coordinating with QA, Supervisors, and leadership.

You will train staff on Meditech Registration, AccuReg, payer portals, and regulatory requirements, maintain SOPs and LMS records, and track KPIs to reduce errors and improve performance.

Qualifikationen

• Onboarding program ownership, from day 1 to 90 and ongoing competencies.
• Curriculum design, facilitation, and SOP development; LMS proficiency.
• Training staff on regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

• Owns onboarding and competency management for Patient Access roles.
• Develops, updates, and distributes SOPs and quick‑reference guides.
• Trains staff on EMRs, payer portals, and verification workflows.
• Maintains LMS records and competency validation for regulatory training.
• Measures KPI trends to guide remediation and performance improvements.
