Samaritan Medical Center is seeking a Revenue Cycle Educator to develop, deliver, and maintain comprehensive onboarding and ongoing competency training for Patient Access and related areas. You will create SOPs, playbooks, and downtime procedures that standardize workflow across shifts and locations.

Ideal candidates have instructional design skills, regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, Joint Commission), and be proficient in Meditech, AccuReg, MSPQ, and payer portals.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in training/education or senior Patient Access experience.
• Curriculum design, facilitation, and LMS proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Own onboarding program including days 1–90 and ongoing validation.
• Develop and publish standardized SOPs, maps, and quick guides.
• Support QA trends, remediation, and targeted re-education.
• Coordinate training calendars to cover 24/7 operations.
