Job summary

St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System seeks a Manager, Revenue Cycle Training to lead training across the revenue cycle and collaborate with leadership to set department goals and improve processes impacting patient access and billing.

You will design and update training materials, ensure Medicare compliance, monitor attendance, and support new hires with effective onboarding and competency evaluation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in Revenue Cycle.
• 3-5 years training or education experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory and third-party payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains training programs for Scheduling, Insurance Verification, Preregistration, Preauthorization, Registration, Patient Accounts, and Revenue Integrity.
• Keeps training materials up-to-date and documents training/test records.
• Identifies educational needs and assesses effectiveness of training programs.
• Ensures staff complete required education and compliance with SJ/C policies.
• Manages new hire processes, attendance, and performance evaluations; supports system upgrades.
