Job summary

Mercy Health Corporation is seeking a Revenue Cycle training and operations professional to design, develop and deliver training, competency programs, and quality initiatives across Patient Access, Patient Financial Services, Managed Care and Coding.

This role emphasizes process improvement, EPIC testing, workflow documentation and analytics to boost performance, compliance and efficiency across Revenue Cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Three years of experience developing, planning and facilitating training materials, performance improvement and program management required.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication & presentation skills required.
• Three years of revenue cycle related functions in conjunction with training preferred.
• Experience in developing and conducting employee training programs required.
• Experience with Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Office, Visio, and Microsoft Word required.
• Experience with software related to developing training and other virtual training materials required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development and coordination of training sessions, programs and competency testing for Revenue Cycle Operations.
• Prepares, assembles and revises course materials annually or as requested.
• Conducts training, development, competency testing and orientation sessions for Revenue Cycle staff.
• Develops presentation materials and facilitates workgroups.
• Maintains master training calendar and ensures resources are available.
