Qualifications

• Data entry and billing-related tasks including posting payments and updating accounts.
• Resolves billing issues and verifies eligibility to support accurate claims processing.
• Maintains accuracy in account review, reconciliations and adjustments within the revenue cycle.
• Provides excellent customer service across multiple channels to patients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Completes data entry tasks including account documentation, payment posting/reconciling and claims submissions.
• Resolves revenue cycle items including demographic updates, claim status, denials and corrections.
• Performs account review/reconciliation, posting adjustments and refunds as needed.
• Reviews automation outputs, identifies issues, and escalates workflow or compliance concerns.
• Demonstrates strong communication and maintains professional interactions with clients.
