Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Billing Customer Service professional to lead revenue cycle training, audits, and process improvements in Phoenix. You will develop and maintain SOPs, deliver classroom and digital training, and ensure accuracy across patient, client, and payor interactions.

Responsibilities include performance reporting, coaching recommendations, and acting as a subject matter expert on billing practices and systems functionality.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing revenue cycle workflows and identifying gaps.

Responsibilities
