• Verifies insurance eligibility, collects patient liability, and explains financial policies.
• Posts payments/charges, balances cash drawer, and prepares daily deposits.
• Schedules visits, confirms next-day appointments, and ensures patient readiness.
• Communicates with patients, care team, and payors to optimize reimbursement.
• Assists with patient records requests and basic patient services as needed.
