Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Technician to support billing, collections and related office services in our CORP | Central Svc Business Office in Phoenix.

You will handle clerical tasks, process mail, assist with document uploads, and support the billing team in a daily 8am–5pm schedule. Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and six months of office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months filing and/or office experience.
• Six (6) months experience in a healthcare office environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort daily mail and distribute to the appropriate person/department.
• Retrieve and sort daily lockbox electronic correspondence and upload to patient chart via Chartmax.
• Provide in-office support for billing and collection teams; print and send documents via paper mail as required.
• Process virtual credit card payments from patients and insurers.
• Perform miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
