Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of billing and collections experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems and metrics.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to lead a business office team.
• Experience working with residents, families, and center leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue operations from census to discharge, including billing and collections.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical Reimbursement, and Social Services for accurate accounts.
• Act as financial liaison during admission and discharge obligations.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate guidelines.
• Monitor RCM metrics (bad debt, cash collections, AR aging, DSO) and drive improvements.
• Partner with Market RCM leaders to support broader initiatives.
