Genesis in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a Business Office Manager to lead the center’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. You will supervise a small business office team and ensure accurate billing, collections and financial reporting while partnering with center leadership.

This role emphasizes policy adherence, employee development, and excellent resident service. Ideal candidates have significant long-term care billing experience, a strong grasp of Medicaid Pending, private pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; five years’ experience in long term care billing and collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise business office staff (A/BOM, Bookkeeper, Receptionists) and delegate duties.
• Ensure timely payroll approvals and timecard processing.
• Maintain policy compliance across census, billing, adjustments, collections, and deposits.
• Oversee accounts receivable, private pay, and Medicaid Pending processes.
• Conduct regular financial meetings with admissions and center leadership.
• Monitor cash handling controls and cash postings.
• Coordinate month-end close and reconciliations; support auditors.
