Qualifications

• 5+ years of billing and collections experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management systems and metrics.
• Collaborative leadership with the ability to develop a business office team.
• Professional interaction with residents, families, and center leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day revenue operations including census management, billing, collections, adjustments, and Medicaid tracking.
• Collaborate across Admissions, Clinical Reimbursement, and Social Services for accurate account management.
• Act as financial liaison from admission to discharge and assist with discharge obligations.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate guidelines and segregation of duties.
• Use RCM metrics (bad debt, cash collections, AR aging, DSO) to drive improvements.
