West State Street is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee revenue cycle operations in our long-term care centers. You will lead billing, collections, and Medicaid tracking to optimize finances and support patient accounts.

You will collaborate with Admissions, Clinical Reimbursement, and Social Services to ensure accurate, timely revenue collection and compliance across the resident journey.

Qualifications

• Billing and collections experience in long-term care is required.
• Experience with revenue cycle management and performance metrics.
• Ability to lead and develop a business office team.
• Collaborative with Admissions, Clinical Reimbursement and Social Services.
• Professionalism when working with residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day revenue operations including census management, billing, collections, adjustments, and Medicaid tracking.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely patient account management.
• Act as a financial liaison during admission and discharge obligations.
• Support compliance with state, federal, and corporate guidelines.
• Use revenue-cycle performance metrics to identify challenges and develop improvements.
• Partner with Market RCM leaders to align with broader initiatives.
