Job summary

Stafholt Health & Rehabilitation in Blaine, WA is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee accounts receivable, patient billing, and central supply. This in-person role runs Monday–Friday and anchors the facility's revenue cycle and Resident Trust Fund administration.

You will maintain licensing and insurance proofs, supervise staff as needed, and document processes while collaborating with leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Three years of experience in accounts receivable, collections or similar area of responsibility.
• Three years office or administration experience preferred.
• BA degree in Accounting or Business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounts receivable management and patient billing.
• Manages the full revenue cycle and cash receipt documentation.
• Maintains facility license copies and proof of insurance.
• Documents business office processes and updates system data.
• Supervises staff as needed and supports HR/payroll designee.
