Job summary

Stafholt Health & Rehabilitation in Blaine, WA is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee resident billing, accounts receivable, and the revenue cycle in a hands-on, in-person role Monday through Friday.

You will maintain financial files, prepare bills for state agencies and payors, supervise office staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while upholding resident trust funds and daily census activity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable, billing and revenue cycle management.
• Prepare accurate billing for state agencies, Medicare, VA, private payors, and other payors; manage collections.
• Manage cash receipts, account research and adjustments.
• Maintain licenses and insurance proof.
• Document and update cash receipt and census-related data.
• Perform month-end close and reporting.
