Talentify is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee revenue cycle, billing, and resident funds in a long-term care facility in Everett, WA. The BOM will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and partner with executive leadership to optimize cash flow and patient finances.

The position requires experience in long-term care billing, strong leadership, and knowledge of Medicaid/RCM processes. On-site role with competitive benefits and salary based on market rates.

Qualifications

• High school degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in long term care billing and collection.
• Additional coursework in accounting/finance is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business office functions and ensure policy compliance.
• Meet payroll cycle deadlines and approve timecards for direct reports.
• Coordinate census, billing, adjustments, collections, and deposits.
• Manage Resident Trust Fund procedures with regulatory compliance.
• Conduct 72-hour financial meetings with new admissions to review obligations.
• Prepare for audits and support resolution of G/L variances.
