Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle. You will lead major program rollouts, collaborate with leaders, and track KPIs to deliver measurable impact.

You will work with IT and analytics to close data gaps and align stakeholders, ensuring timely progress. Remote work is available and compensation reflects market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience.
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required.
• 2 years Management experience required.
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with appropriate technical stakeholders to best effect change.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsabilités

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle with KPI impact focus.
• Lead project management for major program rollouts and policy/tech/process changes.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders to align on issues and solutions.
