Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience.
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience.
• 2 years Management experience.
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle, collaborating with operational leaders and stakeholders to drive KPI improvements.
• Manage major program rollouts (policy, technology, process) with detailed work plans and feedback loops to validate results.
• Identify data gaps and partner with IT and Analytics to implement effective changes.
• Track operational KPIs and ensure meaningful business impact; align stakeholders on timelines and actions.
