Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years Revenue Cycle experience or 9 years without advanced degree.
Experience leading change initiatives across revenue cycle processes.
Strong knowledge of EPIC and healthcare data concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead project management for major program rollouts (policy, technology, process changes).
Collaborate with operations, IT, and analytics to improve KPIs.
Identify data gaps and align stakeholders to drive change.
Track operational KPIs and validate results with feedback loops.
