Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years Revenue Cycle experience.
• In lieu of an advanced degree: 9 years Revenue Cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 2 years of reporting/analytics preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle with KPIs.
• Lead project management for major program rollouts and policy changes.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and IT/Analytics to implement changes.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure data gaps are addressed.
