Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field required or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail for reconciliations and compliance reviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaborate with teams

Responsibilities

• Audit revenue documentation and reconcile client records for compliance with corporate policies, SOX, SSAE16, tax regulations, and GAAP
• Collaborate with internal partners to obtain or update missing or inaccurate documentation
• Prepare or analyze accounting reports and consolidated statements to reconcile revenue for client records
• Present findings to client teams and senior managers as needed
• Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting internal accounting policies and transitions
• Review and guide the work of junior accountants and offshore staff
• Provide training and functional advice to colleagues and client teams
